Preview only

PenPromo currently provides a pen design preview. The site does not accept purchases, payments, inquiries or production authorizations. A downloaded specification is a draft, not an accepted order or contract to manufacture.

Estimates and optional engraving

Pen prices, quantities, inventory and delivery plans are provisional. The optional front section carries a proposed $20 setup and placement-review fee per design/batch, not per pen. Shipping and taxes are excluded from the preview estimate. All final charges must be confirmed before an order is accepted.

Your text and artwork

Use text and images that you own or have permission to reproduce. Check spelling, contact details, image quality and both sides. Do not use the designer to upload unlawful content or attempt to disrupt the service.

Physical proof required

Retouched sample photos and simulated engraving cannot guarantee final color, contrast, exact placement or legibility. Proposed safe areas must be checked on physical samples. Supplier constraints and a final production proof must be approved before manufacturing.

Website availability and responsibility

The preview is provided as available. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted service or that a screen preview will meet a particular production requirement, and we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by relying on an unapproved draft. You remain responsible for rights to your artwork and the accuracy of your supplied text. Nothing here excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We may correct errors, update the preview or restrict misuse of the service.

Order acceptance

Creating a draft, emailing artwork or receiving an estimate does not place an order. Manufacturing requires our express written order acceptance, final pricing and your approval of the production proof after supplier constraints are confirmed. No waiver of consumer rights or final return exclusion is imposed by this preview.

Sales terms still to be confirmed

Payment processing, delivery regions, taxes, cancellation, returns, defect remedies and jurisdiction have not been finalized. No sales or delivery promises apply to this preview. See returns and shipping status.
