Shipping and delivery

Service areas, carriers, delivery prices, production lead times and delivery estimates are not yet confirmed. The designer’s subtotal excludes shipping and taxes.

Returns and defects

Return eligibility, cancellation cutoffs and remedies for defective pens or engraving are still being defined. We will publish these terms before accepting purchases.
