Essential storage

The pp-privacy-choice-v1 local-storage setting remembers your privacy choice until you change it or clear browser storage. It is not a visitor ID. Administrators who sign in receive the necessary pp_session cookie, which expires after 30 minutes and is protected from page scripts. Public visitors do not need an account.

Optional anonymous counts

Page counting starts only after you choose Allow anonymous page counts. No analytics cookies, advertising cookies, fingerprints or third-party analytics tools are used. Essential only declines counting. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track also prevent counting.

Change your choice

Use Privacy choices in the footer at any time to allow or stop future anonymous counts. Past totals contain no identifying information. Designer text and images stay in page memory and are cleared when you reload or close it.
