How many pens can I plan in the designer?
The preview supports batches of 25 to 5,000 pens. Standard pricing covers 25 to 2,500 pens; above 2,500 requires custom pricing. Leave Side 2 blank to save $0.25 per pen. Pen prices are planning estimates. Inventory, final minimums and pricing will be confirmed before orders open.
Can I add text and a logo on both sides?
Yes. Each side supports up to three lines of text, with 30 characters per line, and an optional PNG or JPEG image. Longer text shrinks to stay within the proposed engraving area. Clear, simple artwork works best.
What is optional front-section engraving?
It adds artwork to the short solid section between the writing tip and silver rings. The proposed add-on is $20 per design/batch for setup and placement review, not $20 per pen. A separate physical proof is required.
Will my pen look exactly like the preview?
The black and blue previews use retouched photos of the owner’s sample pens. Engraving, contrast and safe areas are simulated. Final placement, lettering size and results must be checked on a physical sample before production.
Can I place an order or request a delivery date now?
Not yet. You can build a design and download draft specifications. Orders, payments and inquiry submission remain closed while supply, shipping, taxes, policies and production procedures are confirmed. Delivery dates are not yet promised. We aim to respond to email questions in 1–3 days.
