Your design stays in your browser

Text, selected colors, quantities and optional images are processed in this page’s memory. Images are converted locally into monochrome engraving previews. The public designer does not upload them to our server. Reloading or closing the page clears the design.

Contact fields and downloads

Optional name, email and company fields are not submitted or saved by the public site. Downloaded draft files include the engraving design and image, but exclude these contact fields. You control where you save or share a downloaded file; if your engraving contains personal information, it will appear in that file.

Hosting and security records

Our hosting infrastructure may record IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser information and errors to operate and secure the website. Our hosting provider processes these technical records. Hosting-log retention is still being confirmed. Contact orders@penpromo.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion where applicable; we may need to verify your request and retain records required by law or security needs. We do not sell designer information or share it with advertising services.

Email and service providers

If you email orders@penpromo.com, Plesk routes your message to Embriggs so we can answer it. Your message, address and attachments are handled by our mail providers and authorized personnel. Do not email payment-card details. We retain correspondence for responding and necessary business records; a formal retention schedule will be published before order collection opens.

Privacy-focused analytics

We count page loads by page and calendar day using our own server. These counters contain no IP addresses, visitor IDs, email addresses, referrers, design text, images or browser fingerprints. No analytics cookies or third-party analytics services are used. Counters are retained for up to 90 days and can include repeat visits or automated traffic; they are not unique visitor counts. The counter request is skipped when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Cookies and browser storage

No optional analytics or advertising cookies are enabled. A necessary session cookie is set only when an administrator signs in; it expires after 30 minutes. If you dismiss the cookie information notice, a session-storage preference remembers that choice for the current browser tab. You can reopen the notice from the footer. There are no third-party fonts, embedded maps or social widgets.

Changes and privacy questions

This policy describes the limited preview available today. Before adding order or inquiry forms, we will update this policy for the new collection and publish the remaining retention and service details. Contact orders@penpromo.com with privacy questions. Public inquiry forms remain disabled.
